This all-in-one kit includes everything you need to completely replace your existing bladder and bite valve assembly.

Care Instructions

For optimal performance and longevity, we recommend washing the bladder, tube, and bite valve with soap and warm water before use. This will ensure all components are clean and ready for your next adventure.

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the old bladder assembly from your HY-FAN pack by cutting the blue tube with scissors. Discard bladder assembly and bite valve. 
2. Remove the new tube from the new bladder by holding the bladder in one hand and tube in the other, pulling the two apart.
3. Insert the tube through the grommet and into the bladder cap. Rotate and push until the tube is about center with the HY-FAN logo (pulling the tube through may be easier at this point).

Washing New Bladder

4. Unscrew cap and fill bladder with warm soapy water. Squeeze bladder and pinch the end of the bite valve so water fills the tube and bite valve. 
5. Shake and swish the assembly for about 20 seconds and drain and rinse thoroughly repeating step 4 with clean water until all suds are removed. 
5. Fill the bladder with clean water, secure the cap, and you’re ready to go!

After Use:

After use be sure to thoroughly rinse out any additives or mixes especially if anything other that water has been used. After rinsing, leave bladder and bite valve open to air dry completely.
